About Me
Welcome! I'm Zoany Perez, MS, LPC-S, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Texas with over a decade of experience working across diverse behavioral health settings, including correctional mental health, inpatient psychiatry, outpatient services, PHP/IOP programs, crisis intervention, and private practice.

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals facing complex mental health concerns while also serving in clinical leadership roles, supervising multidisciplinary teams, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and mentoring fellow clinicians. These experiences have shaped my belief that strong clinicians are developed through thoughtful guidance, collaboration, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

As an LPC Supervisor, my goal extends beyond helping associates meet licensure requirements. I strive to create a supervision experience that is supportive, practical, and clinically challenging—one that encourages confidence, ethical decision-making, sound clinical judgment, and professional growth. I believe supervision should be a place where questions are welcomed, mistakes become learning opportunities, and clinicians develop their own authentic therapeutic style.

I intentionally maintain a small supervision caseload so that each supervisee receives personalized mentorship, meaningful feedback, and consistent support throughout their professional journey.
In addition to clinical supervision, I provide individual counseling for adults and offer select professional services, including consultation and emotional support animal (ESA) evaluations. My practice is intentionally designed to provide thoughtful, individualized care while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
